In-store Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase, even in the case of an error on the store’s part.
- Items can only be exchanged for items within the same category.
- Items must not have any damages or removed tags.
- A service charge of 1000 Kyats will be applicable for in-store exchanges.
Online Purchase to Online Purchase Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
- Only the same item can be exchanged.
- Tags should not be removed, and the item must be in pristine condition.
- Providing the name and phone number of the customer who made the purchase is necessary for the exchange process.
Delivery Charges:
- Different charges apply for deliveries within cities.
- Additional charges like packing box charges and return shipping charges may apply.
- Return charges must be paid by the customer.
Online Purchase to Experience Store Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
- Advance notification to Online Sales Representatives is required.
- Only the same item can be exchanged, and tags must remain attached.
- The item must not have any damage.
